Creating a Custom Tag Operation

For the purposes of this instruction guide, we will be using Crush Boutique as an example. Log into the Admin store: https://crush-boutique-2.myshopify.com/admin Select Apps, located on the lefy-hand side of your screen Select Tag Genie - Manage & Automate Select “Create tag option” Click “Custom Tag Operation”

Click “Custom Tag Operation”

Click “Add condition”

Next you select product conditions according to your required tags. For training purposes we will use the following: Variant Title → Is Equal To → S

Select “Add condition” for addition tag features Variant quantity → S → Is greater than → 0

Enter the necessary tag name. Let’s enter “size_s“, then click on ”Preview operation“

This screen will identify the TAGS TO BE ADDED, TAGS TO BE REMOVED, along with PRODUCT TAG CHANGES. Verify the information is correct and select “Execute and Save Operation”

Next, go back to your Admin page: https://crush-boutique-2.myshopify.com/admin Select “ONLINE STORE” → “CM - Filter By Size” → “Customize”

Click on “Collection Pages” from the drop down menu, then “Collection Page” block on the left-hand side of your screen

Select "Tag Filter"

Here you will enter the tags added in the app.

Click “SAVE“ found on the top right-hand side of your screen.
